Hot Desk

Are you looking for a space to work from on a daily basis? Drop right in and you be assigned a desk space and seat. Grab a cup of tea or coffee, tap into the high-speed wifi, and you’re good to go.

Dedicated Office Space

Need working space on a monthly basis? The Nailab offers working space for teams of 3-6 members. Access to the space is on a 24-7 basis. As a long-term tenant, you have access to smaller meeting spaces (when available), daily morning tea, highspeed wifi, printing facilities and 24-7 access to the space.

Events Space Hire

Launching a product? Running a business or tech based workshop or a hackathon? Our space can comfortable accommodate 100 people sitting plenary style. What does membership entail?

A membership at the Nailab will offer you printing facilities, dedicated sitting space, access to smaller meeting spaces, daily tea, access to kitchen facilities, projector and screen. You also get to work interact with other like-minded people.

What payment options do I have?

Payments are due by the 5 th of every month and our finance department will ensure timely invoicing. We accept current cheques and cash. For your added convenience, we will be introducing Mpesa payments soon.

Do I have a choice as to where to sit?

Dedicated membership means dedicated desk space. However, if you are looking for a hot desk, feel free to sit at any available spot in the designated sitting areas.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 7 am -8pm. However, our members with dedicated desk space have 24-7 access to the space

I would like to hold an event at the space. Can I pop in for a site visit or do I need to schedule appointment for the same?

To ensure the highest quality of service and ample time for us to answer all your questions, we encourage you to set an appointment. However, you are welcome to drop in for a quick view of the space and if the time is not sufficient, we can always schedule an appointment for more in-depth conversations.

What do I need to get started?

We’d like to know everyone that we work with. So for starters, we will have an informal entrance meeting, which will be followed by a contract signing (for dedicated space users). On day 1, we will do a quick orientation to
ensure that you are comfortable going forward. If you’re a hot-desker, a quick chat will work and you’ll be good to go!
